A sovint, els dinamitzadors i dinamitzadores han d&#8217;atendre necessitats urgents de les persones participants i no tenen temps o recursos per conceptualitzar itineraris personalitzats de formaci\u00f3 per la cerca de feina. Per aquesta ra\u00f3 \u00e9s molt important la complementarietat amb altres serveis al territori i la motivaci\u00f3 de les persones en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;atur, que molts cops pateixen una gran frustraci\u00f3.
