Despr\u00e9s d\u2019unes quantes reunions de coordinaci\u00f3 amb les responsables del CAP, el 30 d\u2019abril els Punts hem comen\u00e7at a posar a disposici\u00f3 de les persones un espai tem\u00e0tic sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/lamevasalut.gencat.cat\/es\" target=\"_blank\">La Meva Salut<\/a>. Tamb\u00e9 vam contactar amb el Punt \u00d2mnia Centre d&#8217;Esplai Eixida per tal d\u2019unificar el format de difusi\u00f3 d\u2019aquest nou servei que oferim els punts \u00d2mnia.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest taller es va ensenyar a les persones usu\u00e0ries com donar-se d\u2019alta perqu\u00e8 tinguin acc\u00e9s a l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3. Un cop registrades, es mostra els diferents apartats de la p\u00e0gina. En aquesta web la ciutadania disposa de la seva informaci\u00f3 personal de salut i inclou la informaci\u00f3 que s\u2019ha generat per l\u2019atenci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria que han prestat en algun dels centres assistencials p\u00fablics, es t\u00e9 acc\u00e9s al pla de medicaci\u00f3 vigent, els diagn\u00f2stics, els informes cl\u00ednics, les vacunes administrades, els resultats de les proves i les exploracions complement\u00e0ries.
